There is nothing more loathsome than a group of professionals using their power to obstruct justice for the very people they have been entrusted to protect. And that is exactly what Superior Court Judicial Officer Susan L. Lopez, and Clerk Ababalian, Esther, as well as the clerks who worked in windows #1, #2, & #3 did on this Thursday, July 31st. Not only did they try to dissuade me from filing a restraining order, but they made insensitive comments about female victims of abuse referring to them as Alzheimer's patients. They also made filing a restraining order against a woman an easy task but filing one against a man an arduous one? Why are they protecting them? Do you want people like this filing your paperwork and scheduling judges for you to hear your motion? In addition, when I asked to appeal the judge's decision, they claimed I could do nothing, which was absolutely false or cried "I don't know." One even went so far as to say " I don't know the law, I am not a lawyer." But one has to be familiar with the law to file such paperwork. But that's just the beginning. They provided an incorrect form-APP 101-An Appeal Form for Limited Civil Cases, when my case fell under family law. Is not providing incorrect information a federal and state offense? If a superior court employee lies to the public knowing full well what the laws state, is that not a federal or state offense? When I did finally obtain the paperwork, I again caught another lie. The supervisor standing at window #1 (medium length dark brown hair, olive skin, and medium height) stated that I could not file it in Superior Court. However, when I read the fine print, it stated the exact reverse. When I finally filed my appeal paperwork, Clerk in window #3 refused to provide me copies (which is required), then claimed they faxed the papers (which I assume they got rid of), and stated again that I would have to contact an appellate court. But the form didn’t contain a phone number or an address. And the lies just keep rolling.
In an attempt to protect myself from the very man who should be on the FBI’s Most Wanted List, I filed paperwork to file a restraining order against Abdul Ahad Ahmady. Perfectly reasonable. Except the judge cited "First Amendment issues" as the reason for the denial. I am a student of Political Science and am very familiar with the Constitution. When I asked the judicial assistant as to why she stated this as her line of reasoning, she replied in a draconian manner, “You cannot question the judge.” Oh, really, in what dystopian land do I live in? What did my restraining order have to do with freedom of religion, freedom of the press, or freedom of speech? Nada. Zip. Zero.
Yet a judge who has taken an oath to uphold one of the highest courts in Los Angeles and our constitutional rights used a bogus reason to deny the request. Is not manipulating the constitution of the Unites States to cover up a pedophile ring not an obstruction of justice and federal/state offense? When I walked into the courthouse, the sheriff, another lawyer, as well as lawyers outside commented on Abdul’s career (which is non-existent now), joked about his incestuous relationship with his daughter who he trafficked, as well as a child clothed in lingerie. My sister was only 7, 7 I say when she was trafficked and used for pornography like Father-Daughter Porn, and Stepbrother-Stepsister Porn. What kind of lawyers entrusted with the legal system would favor a man like this and the illegal practice of child pornography? Men exactly like himself. Pedophiles.
Why you ask? Because there is a mass cover-up, and a man who should be behind bars, who is a threat to our national security, is being protected by the very people we pay our tax dollars to so they can do their jobs. How many other people have they denied a request to who desperately need it in an attempt to cover their abusor? How do you know it will not be you next? So again, are these the people you want as a civil servant, a government employee? If they think they can dismantle the very institutions and justice system that citizens have built over the centuries, they are wrong. It is not only their court, their constitution, but rather mine and every citizen’s. It is not just their honor code that reigns, but the code that .
